The Feed Your Pregnant Body™ program guides you through nutrition and lifestyle steps to optimize your chances of having a healthy baby and feeling great throughout pregnancy!
You will receive a workbook filled with food suggestions, recipes, and strategies to prevent (where possible) and limit common pregnancy symptoms like nausea, fatigue, cravings for sugars and starches, reflux, heartburn and more, along with actionable steps every week that help make the recommendations achievable.
The nutritional and lifestyle recommendations are designed to help you feel better throughout pregnancy, have an easier labor and delivery, optimize breastfeeding outcomes and post-partum recovery, and ultimately help you have a healthier baby.
Optimal prenatal nutrition has as its main goals the building of a healthy baby and the nourishing of a healthy mother, which in turn builds a strong foundation for healthy nutrition for the whole family.
